Background
Established in 1997, the HydraFacial Company is one of the world’s leading aesthetic device manufacturers and pioneers of hydradermabrasion technology.

Main products and services
HydraFacial is the world’s foremost non−invasive facial treatment that has become a firm favourite with both customers and professionals, as well as being adored and endorsed by celebrities across the globe. It is also championed by thousands of dermatologists worldwide who freely promote HydraFacial in their clinics and spas. With unsolicited brand advocacy like this, it’s not hard to see why HydraFacial is both popular in driving footfall through spa doors, as well as a profitable business model. HydraFacial is perfectly positioned to attract a wider reach of demographic in your locations, including time−poor consumers who want a 30 minute treatment with instant results, to the more experienced motivated consumer looking for indulgence.

USPs
HydraFacial can treat multiple skin types with instantly visible results and no downtime. The HydraFacial Elite System merges invigorating spa therapies with advanced medical technology to enhance skin health. Only HydraFacial uses patented vortex-fusion technology for an instantly gratifying glow. HydraFacial’s patented delivery system sets it apart from other services and helps deliver a multi-step treatment which cleanses, exfoliates and extracts impurities and dead skin cells, while simultaneously replenishing vital nutrients. HydraFacial is a non−invasive treatment which is pleasant to undergo and detoxifies, rejuvenates and protects the skin for immediate results and long−term benefits without downtime or irritation. We are also an ‘And’ company, and can be used with partner products, providing further opportunities to generate revenue.

Where in the world?

HydraFacial opens its doors to London Flagship
With a mission to drive consumer awareness, Hydrafacial, the advanced aesthetic technology company, now has a permanent home in the heart of central London.

Championing skin health to locals and visitors alike, the HydraFacial London flagship is the ultimate destination to experience the iconic skin treatment. Every month, HydraFacial will release 750 free appointments for a 45- minute deluxe treatment, worth £130. Appointments are available Monday – Friday, 10am-5pm and on weekends from 12-3pm.

Skincare experts will take new customers through a full skin health consultation giving advice on how to achieve their complexion goals. The ultimate aim? To support providers by introducing HydraFacial to new consumers and driving demand.

Zoe Graham, corporate accounts manager at HydraFacial says:
“Our innovative approach to engaging with the end consumer consistently proves that generating brand awareness and having people fall in love with the treatment – drives footfall and recurring revenue directly to our providers. We allow consumers to experience their first HydraFacial for free, and we see a 170% uplift in consumable orders. That is the power of HydraFacial.”

HydraFacial treatments are underpinned by a patented Vortex-Fusion delivery system to cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate skin in three steps. The technology helps remove dead skin cells and extract impurities, while simultaneously bathing the new skin with cleansing, hydrating and moisturising serums. Suitable for all skin types, ages and concerns, the treatment has been created to deliver long-term skin health to the face, body and scalp.

Step into the world of HydraFacial for unparalleled skin health results
So, you’ve heard of HydraFacial, but what is it? One 30-minute treatment, three powerful steps and a guaranteed path towards achieving some of the best skin results you’ll ever experience.

Pioneering and leading by example in the skin health category, HydraFacial is an invigorating treatment that uses patented technology to cleanse, extract, and hydrate the skin to deliver long-term skin health to the face, body and scalp.

Services can be personalised to meet specific skin needs and are suitable for all skin types.

HydraFacial offers a new skin health solution to wellness seekers and crucially helps its providers attract a wider reach of demographic, ranging from time-poor consumers who want instant results to those looking for indulgence with modality upgrades.

It’s never been more important to nurture and retain loyal local clientele, so with HydraFacial’s RealSelf Consumer ‘worth it’ rating of 99 per cent and having been voted the UK’s number one facial by Harper’s Bazaar, HydraFacial drives footfall into your door.

HydraFacial’s unique, profitable and proven business model not only supports spa operators with their key objectives but can also see a return on investment with just 29 customers.

In addition, the company revealed it’s common for partners’ net profits to exceed €115,000 (£98,500, US$145,500), for just one device after 12 months.

“With key corporate partnerships already flourishing in the US – including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and Accor – we aim to extend these into the EMEA region as well as create more exciting partnerships,” said Anna McCartney, senior director strategic business partnerships, EMEA.
