InBody has teamed up with Sunderland Football Club Foundation to encourage youngsters to get fit and healthy.
Part of the government's Change4Life campaign, the Active Bus Project is to visit schools within Sunderland to give students and teachers advice on improving physical activity.
By incorporating the InBody on the bus, visitors can get a detailed picture of their body composition, revealing fat content, water content and the amount of lean muscle in each limb.
An example of how the InBody Analyser has been used successfully is of how the equipment has been utilised at Monkseaton High School in Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear.
Head Teacher Pull Kelly says: "The first time we used the InBody analyser, it showed us that around 10 per cent of our students were malnourished. That obviously sparked major concern. At Monkseaton, we put our students first and are constantly seeking new ways to improve our students welfare, on a physical, psychological and social level".
