Portugal to host 2005 Golf World Cup

The 2005 World Golf championships will be held at the Victoria Clube de Golfe Course at Vilamoura in Portugal from 17 to 20 November.

It will be the first time the World Cup – which is contested by 24 nations – has been played in Portgual but the 13th time it has been staged in Europe since 1953. Details: www.worldgolfchampionships.com
