With the phenomenon of double cleansing taking the skincare world by storm, Elemental Herbology (voted Best Natural Spa Brand of 2023 in the Beauty Shortlist Awards 2023) has launched two new products to create a two-step double cleansing routine.
The routine begins with the new Five Elements Cleansing Balm. Scented with a luxurious blend of geranium and grapefruit essential oil, this rich balm-to-oil formula is powered by jojoba oil, apricot oil and sea buckthorn oil.
The second step is the best-selling, brand favourite Five Elements Vital Cleanse. The cleanser is formulated with wildflower honey, vitamin C, green tea and papaya which uses gentle enzymatic action to remove further build-up on the skin caused by exposure to the environment and pollution.
Antonia David, head of education, explained the science behind double cleansing.
“Using two different cleansers – an oil-based one first, followed by a gentle foaming cleanser – effectively rids the skin of dirt, impurities and debris accumulated throughout the day. This helps to prevent blocked pores, breakouts, and dull, congested skin.
“The best part?” says David, “double cleansing ensures that every other skincare product applied afterwards will work better, effectively super-charging your entire skincare routine.”
The new cleansing duo will form the new Five Elements skincare range, which is suitable for all skin types and seasons. The collection will launch in September and be available online and through Elemental Herbology spa partners.
