The resort is being built on the Lebanese coastline over an area of 65,000sq m (16 acres), and will include a 1,500sq m (16,146sq ft) Resense spa, several pools, water-skiing, sailing and diving, as well as a 5,000sq m (53,820sq ft) private sandy beach and a 47-berth marina.

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia will have 218 bedrooms, a fitness studio and a Resense Spa. It is also due to open in Q2 2016.

Set in a former monastery on a private island in Venice, the San Clemente Palace Kempinski will open on 24 March, and features lush gardens, antique courtyards and a church built in the 12th century. The hotel has no spa at this point, but offers massage treatments for guests, as well as a heated outdoor pool, jogging trail, tennis court and a pitch & putt course.
