Hospitality 2007 will see Crepes de France exhibiting the result of a joint venture between it and Ronic Kiosks.
Reportedly already generating interest from both large retail groups and small operators, the mobile crepe retail unit complies with all UK and EU food safety regulations. Cart variations are now available from a single crepe maker through to a triple crepe iron and full coffee and smoothie unit.
A key aspect of the company's crepes retail concept is the refrigerated batter dispenser, which will keep batter below eight degrees for up to six hours.
Other benefits are a counter fitted on the dispenser which will indicate how many crepes have been cooked, plus a feature which allows the exact amount of batter to be poured.
Crepes De France also provides free training to its customers so as to learn how to cook crepes and create crepes menus.
