Talion's Algo Energie range is designed to target the signs of fatigue with a trio of 'super' seaweeds
Thalion, a French product house specialising in marine skincare, has launched a new product range designed to re-energise fatigued skin.

Called Algo Energie, the range incorprates a facial and both professional and retail products. It is aimed at urban dwellers over the age of 25 and targets the physical signs of fatigue by detoxing, rebalancing, energising, repairing and protecting the skin.

The facial, called the Energy & Radiance treatment, is a five-step treatmentl that combines high-performance products with four massage techniques, leaving the skin plumped, smooth and relaxed. During the facial, the skin is cleansed and toned, before an exfoliating mask is applied. Guests then receive a facial massage to aid muscle relaxation and encourage lymph drainage. The Algoplast Firming Marine Mask is then applied followed by the Gentle Tonic lotion, before guests are given an eye treatment to reduce puffiness and the appearance of dark circles before the Energetic Vitamin Complex and Radiance Booster Cream are applied.

The treatment features two new professional products: the Force Marine Radiance Ampoule, an active concentrate that contains kombucha, sea fennel and hyaluronic acid to leave the skin looking bright, fresh and revitalised, and the Toning Marine Mask, a powder that transforms into a peel-off mask that leaves the skin smooth and luminous.

Thalion has also created two retail products, an Energetic Vitamin Complex and Radiance Booster Cream, to complement the line. Both products are designed to detox, energise, repair and protect the skin, as well as even the skin tone. They are formulated with a trio of vitamin-rich 'super' seaweeds: seaweed taurine, which acts as an anti-inflammatory and encourages hydration, spirulina, an antioxidant that boosts elasticity and promotes tissue regeneration and chlorella, which detoxifies and encourages cell renewal.

Laëtitia Têtedoux, marketing and communication director at Thalion, said: "The pressures of modern life, combined with environmental factors, such as pollution, digital pollution and poor diet, can have a negative impact on the skin, leaving it dull and tired."

"Algo Energie, Thalion's latest innovation, is an intelligent concept that uses vitamin-rich 'super' algaes to replenish the skin and protect it from these stressors."
