The new, £8m Wildmoor Spa and Health Club in Warwickshire will open in July 2005.

Set in five acres of landscaped gardens in Stratford upon Avon, construction of the 30,000sq ft spa and 6,000sq ft health club is nearly complete.

When complete, the spa will boast 12 treatment rooms, an Arabian Rasul, a 24 seater caldarium, herbal sauna, crystal steam bath, French Drench bays, a private cooling off terrace and garden, a 10-bed relaxation suite, 20m swimming pool and 8m hydrotherapy pool.

Other spa features will include poolside heat lamps over loungers, a private themed garden and outdoor fire, a floatation room and Hammam table with retail products availabelfr om Decleor, Comfort Zone and La Prairie.

There will also be an 85-piece Technogym wellness fitness area plus a brasserie and external crèche. The spa will be open to both health club members and day visitors.

General manager, Mark Sherrif, said: “In this country, there are some great health clubs and some great spas, but I’m not aware of a combined health club and spa of such detail and quality in the UK which targets couples so wholly.
