Accor has announced the opening of its ninth Pullman spa resort in Marrakech, Morocco, as part of the brand's continuing expansion into new international destinations.
Located amid a 17-hectare (42-acre) olive grove, the 252-bedroom Pullman Marrakech Palmeraie Resort and Spa includes a Fit and Spa Lounge housed in its own 500sq m (5,382sq ft) pavilion
The spa component of the lounge includes two individual and two double massage cabins, with one of the double cabins containing its own whirlpool.
Two body scrub cabins, a traditional hammam and a relaxation room also form part of the Fit and Spa Lounge, in addition to a fully-equipped fitness room.
Elsewhere at the resort is a 430sq m (4,628sq ft) heated pool; tennis courts; and a mini football field, as well as an array of restaurants and bars and meeting facilities.
Pullman senior vice president of global marketing Xavier Louyot said: "This hotel is part of our strategy of expansion in the world's key business and tourism hubs."
