Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf – through their real estate company Agassi Graf Development – have teamed up with Miami-based Bayview Financial to develop a mountain spa resort in Tamarack, Idaho, US.

The Fairmont Tamarack project will comprise accommodation at two locations. Belvedere Ridge will be built in the existing village of Tamarack, while Whitewater will be sited mid-mountain.

The Ridge will feature around 285 units – a hotel, condo and penthouse residences – and Whitewater will comprise 50 private residences, all offering ski-in/ski-out access, a private club, a Fairmont Willow Stream spa and a restaurant with an outdoor deck.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will manage the hotel and residences, which are anticipated for completion in 2009.

Agassi and Graf will be active in the development, design and overall lifestyle offering, working closely with partners Bayview, design team Wilson & Associates and Colorado-based architecture firm VAg.

The couple chose Tamarack for their first lifestyle development because of its natural surroundings for skiing and active outdoor leisure pursuits.
