The Atlantis, The Palm resort in Dubai, has opened a new 2,400sq m spa named ShuiQi.

The two-storey spa has 27 treatment rooms, offering both wet and dry therapies, as well as the Royal Spa Suite, which boasts a jetted bath, a lounge area and a terrace.

ShuiQi has signed a partnership deal with Shiseido, which will provide the spa exclusive treatments and products.

One of the exclusive treatments is the Japanese Ritual, which features a rose petal footbath, a body bath, a full body Qi massage and the Future Solution LX Facial Ceremony for women, and for men, the Time Fighting Facial. The package also includes a sushi selection and Japanese green tea.

Neil Hewerdine, vice president of spa services at Atlantis, The Palm, said: "Shiseido is the perfect partner for ShuiQi. It has allowed us to offer a diverse collection of treatments and products to suit all budgets and tastes."
