Breezes Resorts in Jamaica and Curaçao have launched a new spa package - Blue Mahoe Maternity - targeted at mothers-to-be.

The package comprises three treatments that aim to pamper female customers who are in the second or third trimester of their pregnancies.

Costing US$165 (£103, EUR121) per person, the treatments include a 50-minute pre-natal massage; a 50-minute European-style facial; and a 50-minute spa pedicure.

The pre-natal massage is designed to help reduce lower back and hip pain, with pure cocoa butter cream used to revitalise the skin.

Traditional European techniques are used to clean and tone the face for the second part of the package, before a face, neck and shoulder massage with serums follows.

To finish, the spa pedicure comprises a foot soak, exfoliating scrub and a mini-massage.
