British Beauty and Spa award winners announced

The winners of the 2006 British Beauty & Spa awards have been announced.

Destination/Hotel Spa of the Year went to the Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall in County Durham while the Chapel Spa in Cheltenham triumphed in the Day Spa of the Year category.

The Customer Care award went to Aqua Sana at Center Parcs in Nottingham and Body Therapist of the Year was the Edinburgh-based One Spa’s Jamie Chalmers.

Other winners at the ceremony, which took place on 10 September, included Fleur Hill of Fleurs Health & Beauty in Peacehaven who won Beauty Therapist of the Year. Salon Director of the Year was given to Sara Shoemark of Beauty with Sara in Wrexham and the Training Award went to Glasgow’s Revival Retreat.

There were also four regional salon awards – London and the South East went to The Chapel in Tunbridge Wells; Midlands and the North East was Esqué in Leamington Spa; the North West and Scotland was Beauty Network in Hamilton and Anglesey’s Utopia Salons gained the Wales and the South West award.

British Beauty and Spa award winners announced

The winners of the 2006 British Beauty & Spa awards have been announced.
