Spa industry veteran Caren Logan has launched a new company, True North Spa Representation and Consulting, which offers retail solutions and consulting services to luxury spas and resorts. The company will also provide solutions for branding, customer service, training and sales enhancement.

Logan is a seasoned spa industry professional with experience in skincare, beauty and hospitality. She designed the first spa for The Ritz Carlton and has opened spas in London, Vienna, Zurich, Russia and Malaysia.

“I’m pleased to integrate my extensive experience in many facets of the spa industry to help spa and brands work together synergistically,” said Logan. “As a former licensed massage therapist and esthetician who has traveled the globe training for top skincare brands, I can help my clients avoid dangerous pitfalls while providing solutions that increase guest satisfaction and the bottom line.”

Well-versed in spa operations and education, Logan consulted on numerous resort and medical spa projects. She worked with Estee Lauder on its La Mer Spa Experience, originally launched at Harrod’s in London. Logan also launched the online resource VirtualSpa.com.
