Italian skincare company Comfort Zone has unveiled what it claims is a world first in anti-ageing.

Its Skin Regenis System comprises two serums: one to stimulate and one to inhibit sirtuins, the so-called 'longevity proteins' that are naturally present in the skin.

The Night Serum - which is enhanced by Longevicell(TM), a patented rice extract - increases the activity of sirtuins during sleep to prolong cell life and keep skin looking fresh and youthful.

The Day Serum, with a light texture for more rapid absorption, inhibits sirtuins during the day to help eliminate damaged cells.
