Day Spa Association launches compensation survey

US-based Day Spa Association (DSA) has launched its first Annual Compensation and Benefits Survey.

The survey, which can be accessed on DSA’s website, invites all spa professionals to report on the pay structures and methods of benefits used across the industry.

Via the survey, the DSA also hopes to discover the industry averages for hourly rates, salary ranges and commission rates.

The deadline for taking part in the survey is 6 September 2004, after which the results will be analysed.
