Nirvana Spa, one of UK’s largest day spas, has added a number of treatments and programmes to its operations.

Two new detox packages have been added, devised to rid bodies of toxins and stress. The treatment includes a range of therapeutic treatments and the use of the floatation pool.

Also new on the list of programmes are meditation classes and the introduction of dual treatment rooms, allowing couples to share experiences.

Nirvana Spa, which has its own spring water source, opened in 1988 after a £20m investment.

Facilities include a full Pulse 8 gym, with three dance studios, six fitness areas with 60 cv stations, three badminton courts and six tennis courts.

A total of six spring-fed pools are on offer, with the Garden Café providing a selection of salads and seafood-based dishes. Details: www.nirvanaspa.co.uk
