DoubleTree by Hilton to debut In Bratislava

Hilton Worldwide has signed a franchise agreement with Tehelne Pole a.s for a 120-bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The newly-built property, already under development, is anticipated to open by July 2011 and will be the second Hilton Worldwide property in the country.

Facilities at the hotel will include a luxury day spa with a swimming pool and sauna area as well as a dedicated fitness centre equipped by Precor.

The property will be located in the commercial district of the capital city, adjacent to the city's new, multi-functional 9,000-capacity Ondrej Nepela Arena - a key venue for the Ice Hockey World Championship in Bratislava in April 2011 and the home of the local ice hockey team HC Slovan Bratislava.
