Hilton Worldwide is set to open a hotel and spa in Barcelona - its second DoubleTree by Hilton property in Spain.
DoubleTree by Hilton & Conference Centre La Mola will launch in early 2013 following a franchise agreement with real estate company Layetana.
Located inside the grounds of Sant Llorenc del Munt nature reserve, the hotel will feature 186 guestrooms.
The hotel will house a spa with five treatment rooms as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a fitness centre. Exact spa details will be confirmed at a later date.
Other facilities include 4,500sq m (48,437sq ft) of meeting space including 26 meeting rooms, two ballrooms and two auditoriums.
