Emaar opens the Dubai Marina Mall hotel and spa

Emaar Properties has launched the 200-room Dubai Marina Mall Hotel.

Facilities at the hotel include a health spa and fitness centre, a large outdoor pool with children’s pool and an executive lounge with outdoor terrace.

Located within the Dubai Marina waterfront, the property is part of the 150,000sq m Dubai Marina Mall complex which also includes the Dubai Marina Mall Serviced Residences, the Dubai Marina Mall – a modern shopping and entertainment destination – and an eight-storey ‘restaurant tower’ dedicated to diverse cuisines.

The hotel has internal walkways to the Dubai Marina Mall. Dubai Marina is a 50million sq ft project with 11 km of waterfront boardwalks and five marinas that can berth over 500 vessels.

The centrepiece of the development will be the Dubai Marina Motor Yacht Club, scheduled to open later this year. This hub will offer an array of marina-related services to members.
