Eynsham Baths in the Cotswolds, UK, will host a resilience retreat in partnership with practitioners from Thailand’s Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary at the Estelle Manor estate.

The retreat, Cultivating Resilience: A Transformational Retreat to Strengthen Mind, Body and Spirit, will take place at the luxury estate between 21 and 24 June this year.

This is the second retreat of its kind facilitated by the partners, following their first collaboration in 2025.

The collaboration will see Eynsham Baths’ master in residence Manos Dimoudis and practitioners from Kamalaya deliver a series of workshops, classes, treatments and rituals. A spokesperson for the property said these activations have been designed to restore balance and cultivate lasting resilience across mental, physical and spiritual dimensions.

Holistic practices will include chakra meditation and breathwork sessions focusing on the technique of Pranayama.

There will be two guided workshops on the agenda: Kamalaya’s Mentor Workshop, led by life enhancement mentor Sujay Seshadri; and an Ayurvedic Wisdom Workshop designed for inner balance.

Guests will receive two 90-minute treatments during their stay, chosen from a menu created by both properties. Examples include the Kamalaya Three Treasures massage, which is designed to revitalise the body’s energy centres. The Eynsham Baths’ Warrior Massage uses deep tissue massage and cold-pressed liniments to target muscular stiffness.

There is also a 50-minute osteopathy session included in the programme, which Eynsham Baths describes as an assessment of emotional wellbeing, physical activity and a therapeutic treatment.

The retreat also includes yoga sessions, a sound bath and access to Eynsham Baths’ thermal spa circuit.

Other optional sessions, incurring additional costs, include personal mentoring from Kamalaya practitioners. This is described as a healing experience that affects the body by bringing balance to the emotional and spiritual realms using “divine energy transfer”.

Another session offered by Kamalaya is Chi Nei Tsang, an abdominal massage treatment designed to assist “emotional digestion”, alleviate bloating and help individuals experiencing lethargy.

Guests will enjoy three nights’ accommodation, turndown gifts from both properties each night and nourishing meals co-crafted by Kamalaya and Estelle Manor’s executive chef Richard Bias to adhere to Kamalaya’s culinary philosophy of food as medicine.

Prices for the retreat start at £4,195 for single occupancy (US$5,280, €4,910) or £6,230 (US$7,840, €7,290) for double occupancy.

Members’ rates for single occupancy start at £3,760 (US$4,730, €4,400) and £5,795 (US$7,290, €6,780) for double occupancy.
