The operator is capitalising on guests’ intentions to improve their health and wellbeing in the New Year
The spa memberships are annual or three-month packages
They include a complimentary treatment, access to the thermal suite and discounts throughout the hotel

The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane in the city’s affluent Mayfair area, UK, has launched spa and wellness membership packages.

The operator is inviting guests to sign up to experience its 196-key hotel's facilities and treatments, capitalising on guests’ intentions to improve their health and wellbeing in the New Year.

According to the operator, the memberships “reflect a modern approach to longevity, balance and mindful living.”

Jenny Jones, spa director, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, told Spa Business: “We recognised a clear shift in our guests’ requests. Our regular visitors are no longer just looking for a one-off treatment; they are seeking a sanctuary they can visit on a regular basis. By launching these memberships, we are providing programmes that cater to personalised fitness and wellness goals in a space that feels like a ‘home away from home’.”

The hotel spa and fitness centre is offering guests annual memberships priced at £4,500 per person (US$5,700, €5,250) and £8,000 for two (US$10,100, €9,350).

The benefits include:

  • One 60-minute spa treatment of choice. The treatments are delivered in one of the spa’s nine treatment rooms, in partnership with skincare brands Philosophia Botanica, Cellcosmet and Omorovicza.
  • Members will have full access to the spa’s thermal suite, which features a dry sauna and Himalayan salt wall, a eucalyptus steamroom and an indoor vitality pool.
  • A twenty per cent discount on spa treatments between Mondays and Thursdays, plus 10 per cent off retail products on sale at the spa boutique.
  • A bespoke personal training assessment in the first month of the subscription. The fitness centre, which is open 24 hours a day, features Technogym equipment, stretching zones, free weights and a range of functional training
  • A twenty per cent discount on dining experiences at the hotel’s three culinary venues: Pavyllon, Bar Antoine and The Lounge.
  • One complimentary overnight stay during the year.
  • A free local drop-off service within a two-mile radius, gym kit laundry, concierge services and valet parking (for an additional charge).
  • Guest passes.
  • The option to freeze the membership twice within the term.

A shorter three-month membership package will offer a reduced list of benefits for £1,250 (US$1,580, €1,460).
