The city of Beirut in Lebanon will be the latest location for the luxury Four Seasons brand, when the hotel and spa debuts in January 2010.

With a total of 230 guest bedrooms, all with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, the property will also feature a rooftop pool lounge that transforms into a cocktail and tapas lounge after dark.

The 10,031sq ft (932sq m) spa will open in late January 2010 and feature a large relaxation terrace as well as seven treatment rooms overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Treatments will use Sodashi, while AW Lake will be used for locker amenities. Details: fourseasons.com
