There will also be a mixed-gender hammam that will accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at a time
The ship's accommodation is designed to offer 50 per cent more living space per guest than currently available on competitor vessels
Four Seasons I, the first yacht by the luxury hotel and resort operator, will launch in 2026 with spa and wellness facilities on its fourth deck.

The 95-key vessel will be jointly owned and operated by Four Seasons and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings. Four Seasons Yachts will lead the hospitality and service experience with a 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio. Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings will oversee the nautical operations.

Design partners for the vessel are Italian shipbuilding group Fincantieri, luxury yacht and cruise designers Tillberg Design from Sweden and creative direction is by Prosper Assouline.

The yacht measures 207 metres long, has 15 decks and a gross tonnage of 34,000.

Its accommodation is designed to offer 50 per cent more living space per guest than currently available on competitor vessels.

The boat’s four-level Funnel Suite is noteworthy as the vessel’s largest accommodation, with three bedrooms and living space housed inside a glass-enclosed funnel. The 927sq m suite has unimpeded panoramic sea views from floor-to-ceiling windows that are said to form the largest piece of contiguous glass at sea. It also has its own splash pool and outdoor gym on a private terrace.

L’Oceana Spa

The L’Oceana Spa, located on the fourth deck, will blend holistic treatments and advanced wellness technology.

It will have a sauna with an ocean view, infrared chamber, cryochamber and a spa splash pool.

There will also be a mixed-gender hammam that will accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at a time and serve as a centrepiece for traditional bathing rituals.

Fitness centre

Also located on the fourth deck, the yacht will have an expansive fitness centre that ranges from indoors to outdoors with a gym, an outdoor spin class space and an area on the open deck for meditation and sunrise yoga.

The gym will be fitted with Technogym equipment, including its Checkup Console, which offers AI-powered personalised programming.

Other facilities

Four Seasons I will also have a transverse marina – two retractable platforms on either side of the vessel that create 676sq m of total space.

Described as a groundbreaking design by Four Seasons, the transverse marina provides enhanced guest access to the sea and can accommodate up to 105 guests across its combined indoor and outdoor spaces.

These platforms will be deployed on dedicated marina days during most trips, offering guests options for watersports, wellness, activities, relaxation, dining and more.

Fredrik Johansson, partner and executive director of Tillberg Design, said, "Our design focuses on creating a seamless connection with the sea, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Inspired by the dining terraces in the south of France, we aimed to bring that atmosphere of casual elegance aboard the yacht.”

There will also be a 20-metre salt-water pool, which is said to be one of the largest at sea, with a hydraulic lift design that allows the floor to be raised quickly and converted into a multi-function area.

The yacht will also have 11 on-board restaurant and lounge locations.

First sailings

In its debut year Four Seasons I will offer 32 voyages with 52 sailings, exploring more than 130 destinations in more than 30 countries and territories across the Caribbean, Bahamas and Mediterranean.

The first journey will see the yacht travel from Malaga, Spain, to Valletta in Malta – taking in Saint-Tropez in France and Trapani in Italy.

The 9-night trip between 20–29 March starts at US$39,000 (€33,500, £28,900) per suite.

The second Four Seasons Yacht, Four Seasons II, is slated to launch in 2027.

Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings

Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings is owned by entrepreneur Nadim Ashi, who also serves as executive chair. Ashi is also the founder and CEO of Fort Partners, a real estate development company based in the US, which already has a stake in existing and upcoming Four Seasons properties around the world, from Palm Beach and Telluride to Marbella and Rome.
