Frances Hayter has become the international brand development director for Dove Spa. The primary focus of her new role will be to develop Dove Spa in new markets and create a stronger awareness of the brand on an international level.

Hayter has more than 30 years working in the beauty industry, including a 15 year stint as beauty director for Regis, overseeing the operations of 152 sites in the UK. She joined Serve Health and Beauty in 2000 and was one of the original founders of Re-aqua, prior to its involvement and rebranding into Dove Spa.

More recently, Hayter worked with Unilever in developing and launching the Dove Spa professional skincare and salon concepts.
