Frederic Simon has been promoted to chief executive officer at Singapore-based Alila Hotels and Resorts.
Simon, who held the post of managing director at the company, will now oversee all partnership and financial aspects of the business.
Meanwhile, Guy Heywood has joined Alila as the new chief operating officer and will be responsible for strengthening the business and operations performance of each hotel within the portfolio.
Alila operates a number of boutique and luxury hotels across South and Pacific Asia – including properties in Bali, Thailand, India and Maldives.
