Median management salaries at London hotels will increase by 6 per cent during 2010, according to the
2010 London Hotel Salary and Benefits Report, published by HVS Executive Search.
The survey includes data from 62 London hotels and shows that 2010 has been a strong year for the sector with solid improvements in rates and occupancy - resulting in healthy gains in base salary levels which have risen at twice the rate of inflation.
HVS expects to see a cautious increase in salaries for most managers at the rate of inflation as the recovery continues and the fears of a double dip in the economy dissipate.
