Holistic medical wellness resort The Farm at San Benito, Philippines, is offering an immune system strengthening programme designed to protect the body’s cells and enable them to fight infection.

Since it opened in 2002, the resort’s team of certified medical and wellness experts has focused on integrated holistic medical wellness, ‘drawing on the ancient teachings of the East and West with scientifically proven results’.

The retreat begins with an initial consultation focusing on nutrition, fitness and mental health, with the intention of setting goals for the remainder of their stay.

During the six-day programme, the resort’s medi-wellness team then assess 360-degrees of guests’ wellbeing and treat underactive or overactive immune systems using clinically-effective modalities.

Throughout the programme, The Farm’s medi-wellness team monitor skin and sleep health and conduct a range of medical scans to assess wellbeing, enabling the creation of tailored daily supplement plans.

The Farm is also offering psychoemotional clearing known as the Harmonizing Flow Series, which encourages guests to navigate inner experiences in order to balance mental and emotional stresses which can depress the immune system.

In addition, the programme offers guests the option to have hyperbaric oxygen treatments, IV therapy, acupuncture and hydro-colonic cleansing.

The retreat has a starting rate of US$3,480 (£3,005, €3,242) and includes accommodation, food, fitness activities and unlimited access to the resort’s meditation pavilion, gym and pool.

The Farm at San Benito is home to 33 villas and suites and specialises in preventing and addressing prevalent lifestyle illnesses through heart health, weight management, diabetes prevention, detoxification and stress and pain management, among others.
