Nikko Hotels International – part of the JAL Hotels group – is to launch a resort and spa at Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates in May.
The opening of the Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa will mark the group’s entry in the Middle Eastern market and will boast 257 guestrooms, all facing the Indian Ocean.
The hotel’s spa will have amenities including a sauna, steamroom and treatment rooms, while other facilities at the hotel will include an extensive fitness area, an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor diving pool, restaurants, bars, an outdoor children’s playroom and a private beach.
Located on the east coast of the UAE, the JAL development is around a 40 minute drive north of the resort town of Fujairah and around 120km east of Dubai.
