Pagan will leverage his 30+ years of global industry experience to expand and enhance the brand's wellbeing offering
His background includes spa and wellness leadership roles at Gleneagles, ESPA and Mandarin Oriental, where he contributed to spa launches, operations and strategic growth
Pagan most recently served as area director of spa and wellness for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in London
English spa and wellbeing brand Wildsmith Skin has appointed seasoned industry veteran Jamie Pagan to its senior leadership team. Pagan brings more than three decades of experience in the global spa and wellness sector to the role and will focus on expanding and enhancing the botany-inspired brand’s wellbeing offerings worldwide.

His career began at the iconic Scottish country estate and hotel Gleneagles, where he managed the Country Club and later oversaw the launch of its award-winning spa. Pagan subsequently joined ESPA’s international consultancy team, working with hospitality brands including Ritz-Carlton, Leela Group, Fairmont and Corinthia, contributing to financial planning, pre-opening preparations and operational management.

Following his tenure at ESPA, Pagan took on the role of spa director at The Grove before moving to Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, where he was involved in the 2019 spa relaunch. He later held senior roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, including senior spa director and most recently, area director of spa and wellness, supporting spa operations across Europe and overseeing the operator's two London spa locations.

In addition to his operational roles, Pagan is a board member of the UK Spa Association, where he helps support and guide the wellness industry.

"Jamie's industry reputation goes before him and we’re delighted to welcome him to Wildsmith,” said Katherine Pye, Wildsmith GM.

"His arrival comes at a pivotal time as we focus on the development of our wellbeing offering and I have no doubt that his strategic insight and expertise will be invaluable in helping build our reputation for delivering wellbeing experiences that go beyond the treatment room.”

Pagan commented: "This new chapter allows me to align my passion for holistic health, luxury wellness and transformative experiences with a brand renowned for its innovative approach to wellbeing.

“I look forward to collaborating with an incredible team to create spaces and experiences that nurture mind, body and soul. Here's to growth, connection, and making a meaningful impact in the world of wellness."

More about Wildsmith Skin
Inspired by trees' natural ability to adapt and renew, Wildsmith develops products using targeted delivery systems that transport active ingredients into specific skin layers at the most effective time of day. The results-focused brand is rooted in science and tests its formulations through clinical and consumer trials.

Wildsmith’s professional spa treatments are crafted to work in harmony with the body’s natural circadian rhythms. Each ritual is tailored with carefully selected essential oil blends and massage techniques that adapt to the time of day, promoting balance and rejuvenation.

The brand's flagship spa is located at Heckfield Place, a boutique English countryside hotel located in Hampshire, UK. Called The Bothy by Wildsmith, the spa is nestled beyond a secret door in the estate’s historic walled garden and offers serene views of the surrounding countryside, reflecting the brand’s commitment to nature-inspired wellness.
