The Kohler Waters Spa, located at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin, USA, has been extended by more than 9,000sq ft (840sq m) – a 50 per cent increase in size – in its recent expansion and renovation programme.
Eight new treatment rooms have been built, along with 10 new immersion suites offering in-room spa services.
A new glass-enclosed rooftop deck with whirlpool fireplace and lounge has also been added.
Basic water rituals are at the heart of the Kohler Waters philosophy, with treatments such as H2O Inspiration, Rain Water Experience and the new Cooler-Near-The-Lake, which aims to alternate hot and cold circulation with a citrus foot cleanse, a warm vichy shower, spurts of ice therapy and cool stones.
