A sister facility to the Kohler Waters Spa at The American Club resort in Wisconsin, US, will open in late March in Chicago, US.

The new Kohler Waters Spa will be located within a shopping and destination complex called the Burr Ridge Village Center in Illinois.

Designed by Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc of Milwaukee and Kohler’s design team, the urban spa covers 10,200sq ft (947.6sq m).

Design elements include an Ambient Rain shower experience and the Circle of Tranquility – an experiential water area offering a 25ft (7m)-long whirlpool and waterfall.

The spa also features a large dry relaxation area and lounge as well as 14 treatment rooms.

Offering signature Kohler bathing and showering experiences, the spa menu also features body treatments, massages, facials, manicures and other finishing spa services.

The Chicago property will join additional Kohler spas including the Kohler Waters Spa in St Andrews, Scotland and the American Club Resort spa in the Wisconsin village of Kohler.
