Kidderminster could be in line for a £10m leisure centre, according to plans released by Wyre Forest District Council.

This site would replace the existing The Glades leisure centre which the council previously said would cost £12m to refurbish.

Plans include a six-court sports hall, a 25m pool, fitness suite and outdoor five-a-side football pitches.

A public consultation is due to start on the proposed site, with a planning application expected to be submitted later this year.
