There are three membership options available

Exhale, the boutique wellness brand, has partnered with performance and recovery brand Salt Fitness at the Loews Atlanta Hotel in Georgia, US.

The Exhale Atlanta location, within the 414-key hotel, is now a co-branded partnership described as a wellness club with membership plans.

The renovated facility now offers exhale’s new menu of spa treatments and its signature barre and yoga classes. There is also a gym with Technogym equipment.

The new services Salt will provide include a coach-led strength and conditioning programme of classes called Train by Salt. Modern Pilates by Salt is another series of classes, providing reformer-based training that promises to move beyond repetition and routine to keep workouts effective and engaging.

A new space has been dedicated to therapies to support training, called Recover by Salt. This area features contrast therapy, red light therapy, compression and percussive experiences. Sessions have been designed to improve circulation and reduce fatigue.

Memberships

There are three types of membership: Fitness, Spa and Salt.

  • Fitness – for a monthly fee of US$189 (€173, £150), members have access to unlimited Exhale barre and yoga classes, access to the gym and some discounts towards other services.
  • Spa – for US$159 (€146, £126) a month, this membership option provides a 60-minute treatment per month and access to the spa facilities, plus discounts on other services.
  • Salt – valued at US$294 (€269, £232) per month, this comprehensive option provides access to unlimited Salt Fitness classes, exhale’s yoga and barre classes, a monthly spa treatment, unlimited access to the spa facilities and further discounts on other services.

Exhale

The Exhale brand was bought by Hyatt in 2017 but it was then sold in 2020 to E-Halo Holdings LLC in parternship with growth equity investor Integrity Square LLC. Exhale continues to operate at locations such as Loews Atlanta and Loews Miami hotels.
