A mobile spa initiative which recently visited Spokane, Washington, US, has proved to be a great success.
The spa is transported via an RV vehicle, which is being driven across the US by Amanda Engleking, having already passed through Arizona and Arkansas.
Massage and manicure chairs are set up wherever the RV stops, and offers pampering services free of charge for breast cancer survivors, patients and their carers.
