New Forest Bath House Spa appoints triathlete trainer

The Bath House Spa at von Essen Hotels’ New Park Manor in the New Forest, Hampshire, has appointed UK triathlete Wil Newbery as its fitness instructor.

Newbery has introduced a 12-week fitness programme to the spa as he prepares for the World Triathlon Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland, this September.

Guests will pay £750 per person to undergo the comprehensive programme, which aims to look at the way they move, eat and exercise.

Newbery said: “Looking out over the forest motivates me to train, either before or after work. Hopefully, what I have achieved will inspire all of the members here at the Bath House Spa.”

The Bath House Spa at von Essen Hotels’ New Park Manor in the New Forest, Hampshire, has appointed UK triathlete Wil Newbery as its fitness instructor.
