New SpaLEAD programme workshops announced

SpaAsia and the training academy Institute of Healing Hands have announced further details of their newly-launched SpaLEAD programme.

Held in different locations in Thailand, the wellness leadership programme has been developed by the Urban Healing Company, a provider of educational wellness solutions.

Focusing on specific training and interpersonal skills as well as business management, the two Lead Trainers for the programme are Dieter Buchner and Alison Snelling.

The programme and workshops are open to experienced spa managers as well as newcomers to the industry.

Divided into two series across 2008, the workshops consist of four main subject areas: Personal Leadership; Team Leadership; Business Leadership and Team Leadership.
