New spa for Bedford Lodge Hotel

Review Hotels has announced that it has been given the green light to build a spa adjacent to its Bedford Lodge Hotel in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire.

Neighbouring Rockfield House, which was purchased by Review last year, has been granted change of use planning permission to become The Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel.

Exact details for the spa are yet to be confirmed, but it is anticipated that the spa will be opening to both hotel guests and non-guests during Q3 of 2012.

The four-star Bedford Lodge hotel is currently undergoing a separate £1.5m expansion programme to include the creation of 21 new bedrooms.
