New treatments at Ananda

Indian destination spa Ananda – In the Himalayas has partnered with UK products brand ILA to create four new Tibetan treatments.

Created to restore balance in the body and mind, the four treatments are the Kundalini Massage, which includes a Himalayan scrub; a chakra-reopening Manipura therapy; a Tibetan Massage and a harmonising Tibetan Ritual. Details: anandaspa.com
