Nikki Beach brand to extend to Honduras with resort

Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts is to extend its brand to the Caribbean island of Roatan.

The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa in Roatan in Honduras’ Bay Islands, will open in late 2010. The resort will be the centrepiece of Blue Ocean Reef, a 90-acre (36.4 hectare) mixed-use development.

Todd S Murray, developer of the Roatan resort, said: “With TradeMark Developers, LPA International, Pluribus and Nikki Beach, we are well positioned to launch a project that will be a new luxury standard in the region.” Details: nikkibeach.com
