OneandOnly Zanzibar to launch in 2010

The OneandOnly luxury resort hotel brand is to roll out to Zanzibar in the east African republic of Tanzania in 2010, when a new property will open on Muyuni Beach.

Overlooking an atoll of coral reefs, around a 45-minute drive from the island’s Stone Town world heritage site, the OneandOnly Zanzibar resort will feature a 150-bedroom luxury hotel and a large spa retreat. There will also be a 50-bedroom residence within a 76-hectare site.

Other OneandOnly resorts in the portfolio are located in The Bahamas, Mexico, Mauritius, the Maldives and Dubai in the UAE. Details: oneandonlyresorts.com
