Peninsula Shanghai set for October opening

The Peninsula Shanghai hotel and spa will open this month on the banks of the Huangpu River in Shanghai, China.

The Peninsula Hotels group has partnered with ESPA to create The Peninsula Spa by ESPA in Shanghai. Featuring seven treatment rooms and two VIP suites, there will also be heat experiences and a range of bespoke therapies on offer.

The next Peninsula to feature an ESPA spa will be in Paris, France, which will open in 2012 close to the Arc de Triomphe. Details: peninsula.com
