Pilates programme launch at Aman

A new pilates programme has debuted at Amanresorts’ flagship property, Amanpuri, in Phuket, Thailand.

Aman Pilates has been designed to offer guests a holistic approach to fitness and will include a wide range of instruction in exercise and fitness.

The programme has been designed in consultation with instructor Ivana Daniell.Details: amanresorts.com
