Luxury spa linen supplier RKF Luxury Linen has partnered with French singer Aelle, as well as Fouquet’s Barriere hotel Paris, lingerie designer Chantal Thomass and shoe brand Aperlai to create an unusual marketing message: a short black-and-white film designed to highlight “the sensorial experience that RKF linen can offer.”
RKF stylists created a “haute couture” bathrobe for Aelle, designed to look like a coat with handcrafted embroidery. Aelle also posed for a series of photographs with the robes.
“What we hope is to change completely the philosophy of using linen,” said Riadh Bouaziz, CEO of RKF Luxury Linen.
The film, entitled “Honeymoon in Paris,” is shot in a suite at Fouquet’s Barriere hotel in the heart of the Champs-Elysees, and has been released today (21 June) in celebration of World Music Day. It will also be broadcast in July at the French music festival Les Eurockeennes – which will also feature an “ephemeral spa” designed by RKF – as well as at a fashion show in November in Paris.
