Rebranding mooted for MGM Mirage

MGM Mirage is to seek approval from its shareholders to a rebrand as MGM Resorts International.

The new name is said to better reflect the company's collection of signature resorts and its worldwide coverage, while still preserving a connection to its beginnings.

Subject to approval at the 15 June annual meeting, the new title will be assumed immediately. Details: mgmmirage.com
