Santi Development Programmes has launched a training programme for spa therapists.
The Santi Professional Therapists Programme (SPTP) is an independent joint venture, launched by Santi and a number of employers within the UK spa industry.
The first two-year programme will be launched in association with Cowley Manor and its C-Side spa during November 2004.
After working in the industry for six months, therapists joining C-Side will be eligible to apply for the two-year, on-the-job programme.
The programme, which was designed by Santi founder, Susie Santiago, is split into two stages per year, with quarterly evaluations on modules that include qualifications to senior spa therapist and spa duty manager standards. Details: +44 (0)1242 870900 or email: [email protected]
