Setai Miami Beach partners with Swiss brand Valmont for spa relaunch
POSTED 18 Dec 2019 . BY Megan Whitby
The 7,000sq m spa has introduced an updated treatment menu based on Valmont’s skincare lines.

Our mission is to deliver the utmost service at all levels.
– Cedric Roget, CEO of CVL Cosmetics North America
The Spa at The Setai, Miami Beach, Florida, US is to be rebranded under an agreement with Swiss cellular skincare brand Valmont.

Under the partnership, the spa will be renamed Valmont for The Spa at The Setai.

Valmont, part of Swiss product house CVL Cosmetics, develops anti-ageing products using glacial spring water combined with patented triple DNA technology.

The brand is also known for its inclusion of the butterfly movement into treatments – a technique which is claimed to reactivate skin microcirculation and promote lymphatic drainage.

The 7,000sq m spa has introduced an updated treatment menu based on Valmont’s skincare lines.

The spa now offers traditional Valmont treatments including the bespoke lifting massage inspired by kobido – a traditional Japanese treatment method designed to help sculpt the face and provide anti-ageing benefits.

Spanning two floors, the spa features four couple’s treatment rooms with ocean views, poolside serenity pods, a private bath and steam room. The spa also includes four Gharieni MO1 wellness beds.

“We’re honoured to provide Valmont’s luxurious treatments and products to guests of the Setai. Our mission is to deliver the utmost service at all levels,” said Cedric Roget, CEO of CVL Cosmetics North America.

Valmont has also created an exclusive 100-minute treatment for the spa, the details of which will be revealed in January 2020.

The Valmont Group has three luxury cosmetics brands: called Valmont skincare, l’Elixir des Glaciers skincare and Storie Veneziane fragrances, which will be available for sale in the spa.

In addition to this, the Valmont Group has a fourth division – called Fondation Valmont – an organisation dedicated to collecting works of contemporary art.

Art is a fundamental influence for the group, as the brand’s owner and creative director, Didier Guillon, is an artist and collector and is inspired by the dialogue between art and cosmetics.
