The Six Senses spa at the Soneva Fushi resort in the Maldives is offering three, week-long retreat packages this autumn, all led by celebrity therapists.
Internationally acclaimed pilates and gyrotonix expert Behsat Ahmet will kick off the campaign when he holds the Pilates Retreat Week from 13-20 November.
The package includes a six-day pilates group workshop, a one-hour private session with Behsat, an individual spa consultation, 30-minute Thai or Swedish massage, a three-hour spa package and daily breakfast.
The following week, 7-14 November, meditation and reiki teacher Derrick Asaf Gooch will be offering guests a package including daily 90-minute recharging exercise sessions, 60-minute meditation and discussion sessions, a 30-minute Thai or Swedish massage and a choice of spa treatments.
The third retreat package takes place from 4-11 December and will be led by therapist and author, Howard Sun.
The week is based on Sun’s bestselling book, Colour Your Life, and includes a complimentary copy of the book, an individual spa consultation, a three-hour spa treatment and a cocktail reception with the author and the general manager.
