Spatality and Comfort Zone enter new agreement

Spa management and licensing group Spatality International and Comfort Zone, the skincare division of Davines S.p.a, have entered into an agreement for Spatality to be the exclusive international licensing and managing partner for Comfort Zone Space spas.

The Comfort Zone Space facilities will range in size between 2,500sq ft to 12,000sq ft (250sq m to 1,120sq m) and will be located around the world within hotels, resorts, fitness clubs and standalone locations.

Under the terms of the agreement, all Comfort Zone Space locations will be entirely marketed and managed by Spatality International.

CEO of Comfort Zone, Davide Bollati, said: “We are extremely confident that by merging the core competencies of the two firms that we will be able to offer a unique concept of spa worldwide.”

Richard Dusseau, CEO of Spatality International, added: “The combination of our experienced and scientific approach and the Comfort Zone Space design and brand ideals is the perfect marriage of operations, design and, most importantly, the guest experience.” Details: spatality.com
