Stress-reducing retreat at Lefay Resort

A new anti-stress programme has been introduced at Lefay Resort and Spa in Italy.

Available until the end of September, the four-night programme has been created by the resort's doctors and a Chinese medicine practitioner and combines preventative principles of Chinese medicine with more contemporary Western techniques. Details: www.lefayresorts.com
